Last week Rian came back to Texas for a visit. We all met at Johanna's for lunch and to let the kids play while we caught up. Audrey was in love with baby Brooklyn from the moment they stepped in the door.

(I took this pic because when they moved over a year ago Kinleigh had hardly any hair and now she has tons of curls!)
Johanna even busted out some baby toys for Brooklyn. She's so very cute that I couldn't help but love on her a little when she got tired of tummy time.
But more than any of the toys the kids loved playing with a light switch at the bottom of the stairs. Cam would turn it off and all the kids would pretend to be asleep. Then she'd turn it on and they'd scream because it was morning. The sound was sweet...but deafening.
All and all we had a great visit with Rian, Kinleigh, Brooklyn and even a surprise appearance by J.R. It was great to see them and we hope they'll be living back in Texas sooner, rather than later so that maybe we can catch up more often.
