Christmas 2009

What a great Christmas we had this year.

Audrey and her Daddy ate popcorn on Christmas Eve as we watched "It's a Wonderful Life" and then followed Santa on the Radar. (Don't worry, we no longer put Tony's on the popcorn so that it's Audrey safe.)

And we had a white Christmas. (Sorry the pic is so dark)

It was coming in sideways so even the outdoor kitchen was covered.

As always, we baked cookies for Santa and Audrey tried to snag one for herself.

After Santa left Audrey's goodies.

Audrey with some stocking stuffers. She was really excited about the clackers like we use in her music class.

She got lots of blocks this year.

And the Fisher Price phone from the 60's.

She loved her car the most.

pushing her baby in her stroller

giving her Dora stocking stuffer kisses

enjoying her table and chairs

And she really liked the slinky.

Daddy baked some blueberry muffins and then we bundled up to play in the snow.

Daddy introducing Audrey to snow.

She was not a fan. She HATES coats.

I know Barker is really looking forward to teaching Audrey to ski but I think the snow, coat, hat and mittens might be a bit of an obstacle. Our little snow bunny was not a fan. Maybe next year!

My little brother's wedding

My little brother got married this weekend. And I did a terrible job documenting the beautiful event. I didn't take many pictures and those I did take were blurry or someone would walk in front of my camera as I was taking the picture. Here are the few that were salvageable.

Chase's good friend since Kindergarten officiated.

The radiant couple

Jeannie and Robert

I think this is the first picture I've taken with Jeannie since my own wedding.

And the lucky duckies on their way to warmer weather!

The Little Gym

Audrey just finished her first semester at The Little Gym so I thought I'd finally get around to posting some pictures of her in class. We really love going every week and I'm so thankful that she gets to participate in such an awesome program.

Her wonderful teacher Mr. Forrest demonstrating a backward roll on the hot dog. I guess she paid attention because she did one off the couch yesterday with me just spotting her hips.

her "Ta da!" Forrest taught her

All the kids get excited when it's time to play with the orange and green bouncy balls.

But Audrey's favorite part is when he plays the guitar.

Christmas Portraits 2009

Sorry, I've been running a little behind on the blog so I'm just now adding some of my favorites from our annual family portraits.
