This 4th of July my friend Kathy invited us over to her in-law's to celebrate with tons of food, and even more fireworks! Our friends Mike and Lacy had the same idea. And I also bumped into a couple of people I went to High School with, which was nice.
Audrey wasted no time when it came to playing with the other kids.
And she even had her first sparkler!

Audrey was such a trooper and was so well behaved. But when she got tired (about 2 hours past her bedtime) she said "night-night" and laid down on the ground.
Lacy covered her with a towel and she even had a make shift pillow.
But then I moved her into Daddy's chair.
Kathy's daughter Emma found an even more comfortable spot to lay down.
It was a really nice way to celebrate with my little family, friends and lots of food. Thanks again Kathy for inviting us! We all had a really great time!
