Apparently now kindergartners have to dress up for 50's day. I guess kids like dressing up at any given opportunity. I'm just glad it's not the 50's, so I can hop on Amazon and have whatever here in 2 days rather than having to run all over town buying fabric to sew it myself. Not that a poodle skirt is hard to make, it's felt, but still.
I went to her school to watch her sock hop, I've also gone on some field trips, yeah, I'm that helicopter mom. She enjoyed dancing, but not as much as the ice cream sundaes afterward.
